Nuova Rezzacchi srl, which has been a part of the sector for more than forty years, has two production sites with 1000 m2 each of production area, plus offices and warehouse for raw material storage.

One site is totally dedicated to the production of belts, with cutting-edge equipment and qualified staff that allow us to achieve a production capacity of 45,000 items per month, an amount which includes several different items. There are three automatic dyeing, brushing and drying lines in the company; electronic sewing machines for buckle-setting and automatic stitching; steps for automatic gluing, and stamping, heel and toe and automatic hole lines, that allow us to make several different items at the same time.

Quality control is also carried out right up to the finished product packaging and shipping area.

By working for the luxury market, our company is frequently subjected to audits by our clients and to date we have always obtained excellent results.

The other production unit also uses the same concept and method. Here, full processing is carried out, meaning from the cutting of raw materials to the preparation, assembly, control, packaging and shipping of bags, toiletry bags and small leather goods such as purses and wallets, key rings, and clothing accessories. Production capacity for these items is approximately 18,000 pieces per month.

In addition to employing 75 employees,our company is also connected to several top-level, professional outsourcing groups who support us during our most urgent orders.

Our company is sensitive and pays a great deal of attention to environmental pollution. It works with a policy of total respect of nature. We in fact have two photovoltaic installations that allow us to self-produce a large part of electrical energy from renewable sources, which contribute to the production cycle's needs.
